FCA TEAM AT LANTRA

Wendy Baker (Chief Executive) and the FCA team were invited guests of LANTRA at their headquarters at the NAC, Kenilworth Warwickshire on Tuesday 10 February 2004.

The purpose of the visit was to enable the FCA team to obtain an overview of the FISS/CSCS card scheme in particular the process that takes place after submission by the FCA of the card application forms. “There has been close links with LANTRA over a long period on a daily basis via the telephone and it was an ideal opportunity for the staff to meet up and see the face behind the name” commented Wendy Baker.
