Aaron Fencing Trek for Charity

FCA members Aaron Fencing recently completed a trek along the Great Wall of China in aid of Have a Heart and as a result FCA has handed them a cheque for £3,000 (pledged from the money raised at the last FCA Golf Day). The trek along the Great Wall of China, involved walking 20km a day, (a half marathon daily) on a 10 day expedition. Have a Heart is a charity where all the money raised stays in the UK for projects like sensory equipment recently bought for children who are terminally ill, to improve their environment and enrich their lives. Other beneficiaries currently include a refuge for abused children and a disabled football team – all good projects that need our support to improve what they do.
